We currently operate two studios in Dubai.
  - DIFC (Central Park Towers): our flagship, fully operational. 
  - Al Barari: currently closed for renovation, reopening in early 2026.

Our DIFC facility includes a dedicated recovery room with an ice bath and shower, saunas, spacious locker rooms with showers and bathrooms, and a comfortable seating area by the reception.

Yes! Equilibrium DIFC is located in Central Park Towers, surrounded by a variety of coffee shops, restaurants, and a grocery store — all within a 5-minute walk.

Is the gym accessible by public transport?

Accepted Answer

Equilibrium is easily accessible by metro. The nearest station is Financial Centre Metro Station. From there you can reach the gym through a fully covered, indoor walkway.
